I truly need everyone's help plus some updates

It's come to my attention that we have several deviations that are pending when it comes to voting on them.I can not stress this enough,we need the voting done.I need ALL admins,all the members too,to please step up and help get this done each day,not once in a while.I truly need dedicated people to vote on the work being submitted.So from my heart and my soul,please help us vote okay?I have been told that we are lacking in getting the voting done.Meaning that it's been handed over to me and one co-founder to do all the voting.Till now,it's taking 3 votes to get work into the group for all affiliate group members.So many of their work is being held up by not enough people voting.To help their work get submitted into the group,I will be lowering the votes to 2 votes needed to include their work in the group.Now if you go to vote and you're not sure about it,then leave it for me or my co-founder to deal with.Meaning that if it's submitted wrong or questionable as to if it's submitted wrong.But if it's painfully obvious that it's submitted right and correct,then there should be no reason why more people can't help vote.We need ALL of you to help out.This is actually non-negotiable.I truly have to have everyone to please get involved with all the voting.Not just for now or the next few weeks,but every single day from now on.Never ceasing,always voting every day.So please,come on and help us with the voting alright?I deeply and sincerely need everyone to help.Not just a few.If we are to grow big enough to become a super group,it's gonna take all of us,not just me and a couple others.We have been here nearly 3 years,I want us to keep going for a lot more years than that.I want us to be one of the best groups here on DA.We have the potential to do so,but it will take the whole group,not just me and one or two others.So let's get off our laurels and get it done okay?

Updates:

I won't be able to tell much yet but one of our members is now a published author with her new book that recently got released.It'll take a while yet for the e-book to come out but the paperback and hardcover is now out there.I'm not really sure yet as to what stores it will be sold in or what websites will offer it but when I know more,I will gladly pass it on.But to say I'm proud of her is an understatement.I've known this lady for several years and she is just amazing.Simply amazing.So please don't bug me for more details as I don't know them yet myself.But like I said,I will gladly pass it on to you as I learn more.But for now,I won't be revealing much about her or the book till I get permission to do so.At least as far who she is and such.So for now,she will remain anonymous till I get permission to do or reveal more.But I have already promised to promote her new book and help her as much I can with it.So if anyone does buy it,you're in for a real treat.I haven't gotten my copy yet so I can't state much about it but I will definitely say how much I like it once I do and get a chance to read it.But I'm truly excited about it and I'm truly thrilled as well.I can hardly wait to read it.

Like I mentioned up above,the amount of votes for affiilate group members will be getting lowered to 2 votes.At least till we get more people willing to pitch in and vote all the time.It's really disappointing to know that many of you won't vote.But I'm not angry or mad or upset,just very disappointed. As far as any other changes go,if I need others,I will make them known and explained as to why they were needed.But none come to mind as of yet.

Finally,happy late spring and early summer ya'll. Been over 80 degrees Fahrenheit here lately.Finally I am getting to wear shorts instead of pants to work. So I do hope that the weather where you are is as wonderful as it is here for me.I was pleasantly surprised to see about a week ago,that my mom's azalea bushes are in full bloom.Kind of looks like a purple and reddish fire consuming them.So beautiful.Plus it makes me feel like my mom is nearby to me.She'll always be in my heart,in my life,in my memories,and a large part of me.I miss her terribly still but my hope is that she is at peace.So have a good spring and early summer.I'll be back soon with more updates and news sometime soon.So in the meantime,tell your friends and everyone you meet about us and see if they will come join us.Remember,we get over 3,000 members and stay that way,we can finally be a super group.It's an expensive cost for me personally so I wanna have it be more than worth the cost for me.So invite your buns off soon and help us grow our family here to well over 3,000 members alright?Ttys guys,love you all dearly.
